About the Journal
Recovery Journal for Christian Women and Men
This journal is a structured, Scripture-guided workbook for Christians living with grief that has not resolved quickly or neatly.
If you are still carrying loss, still functional on the outside, but wrestling inwardly with despair, numbness, anger, or unanswered questions about God and suffering, I wrote this journal for you.
What this is
This is not a devotional, and it is not casual reading. It is a practical, repeatable way of engaging with grief honestly, yet gently, using Scripture as the anchor and writing as the tool.
How it works
Each day follows the same simple pattern:
- Scripture
- Guided Reflection
- Writing
You read, reflect, and write honestly about your pain. It provides structure but never demands more than you can give. You move through it at no one else's pace but your own.
The time commitment is flexible. Most people spend between 5 and 20 minutes per day.
What you receive
- Two volumes (together covering a full year)
- 52 weeks of structured guidance
- Daily Scripture selected for grief and endurance
- Theological reflection that stays close to lived experience
- Writing exercises designed to help you face what happened and keep going
