Reflection

Sometimes we look for strength in activity—solving, striving, spinning our wheels. But God flips the script. He invites us into stillness. Into trust. Into repentance. The very things we often resist are the wellsprings of real power.

Insight

Strength is not always noise, action, or accomplishment. According to God, it's found in quietness. Rest doesn't mean giving up; it means handing over control to the One who is faithful.

Gratitude

Thank You, Lord, for not demanding that I always be strong. You offer me strength when I admit my need.

Prayer

God, still my heart. Teach me to trust You more deeply—to stop performing and start resting in Your love.

Realisation

I don't need to fight every battle. Sometimes, the victory is found in surrender.
