To: The Reverend Julie Scott
Dear Rev. Scott,
Thank you so much for taking the time to return my call this afternoon. As promised, here is a faithful facsimile of the email I sent you:
I am an author who would like to share a newly published, biblically-based journal that may serve members of your congregation who are struggling with grief. The Faith Recovery Journal is a two-volume, Scripture-guided resource I designed for Christians facing severe grief from bereavement, illness, divorce, financial hardship, or other profound crises. Having faced similar trials myself, I understand both the grieving process and the crisis of faith that often accompanies deep suffering.
The journal is thoroughly grounded in Scripture and offers practical exercises for those who need more than platitudes—they need a structured path through their pain towards healing and renewed faith.
Whilst you are here, I invite you to explore the website. You will notice it is still in its early stages, and I would welcome any feedback for its improvement or suggestions for its development.
Thank you for your time and for the vital work you do in caring for your community.
