Who this is for

I wrote this journal for Christians living with grief that has not resolved quickly or neatly. The sort of people who are still functional on the outside, but inwardly struggle with loss, despair, or unanswered questions about God and suffering.

How the journal works

In its bare bones, the Recovery Journal follows a simple, repeatable daily pattern:

  • Scripture
  • Reflection
  • Writing

Each day invites you to read, think, and write honestly in response to what you are carrying.

The time commitment is flexible. Most people spend between 5 and 20 minutes per day.

Explore safely

You can explore the journal before committing by choosing one of the free samples below:

If this resonates

If my approach resonates with you, the full journal continues in the same format across 52 weeks and two volumes, moving steadily from despair towards renewed faith and hope.
